Refund Policy

All online purchases are 100% refundable within 60 days of purchase. Exclusions apply to gift cards and purchases made via telephone. The refunded amount will be returned to your credit card (or original form of payment). If a refund has been issued, please allow up to 10 business days for your issuing bank to post the refund back to your account. Issuing banks have different timeframes for posting refunds to your account; therefore you may not see the funds posted to your account despite the fact that we have processed the  refund.

Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy

Purchases will be shipped to a verified address by UPS, USPS, or FedEx Ground or Home Delivery. We will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. Only standard shipping is available; please contact the shop directly if express shipping is desired. Additional charges may apply.

Order processing time may vary depending on availability. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, your credit card will be refunded.
